To do this, Dog custom-built our team to meet and exceed the needs of our client, so now we have a core group that includes Strategic Planners, User Experience experts, Creatives, Designers, Insight and Analytics Managers, Web and Technology experts, Content Managers, Project Managers, Client Services and a Frontline Technical Support team. This group allows us to work in a highly integrated way, respond to L’Oréal’s diverse needs and gives us the ability to scale-up or scale-down on a project-by-project basis to meet the objectives of each individual brief.
