Hawksford is an internationally renowned Corporate, Private and Fund Management Services specialist and we helped them completely overhaul their digital environment. Our role was to implement a new Global Masterbrand Strategy across multiple digital domains and provide an architecture that aligned and integrated Hawksford.com with its international business guide sites.
A further part of our remit was to move the experience onto a platform that is capable of satisfying the current and future requirements of the business and would allow Hawksford to develop content in a way that would support their individuality.
Improving the customer
experience with Sitecore
Working with Hawksford, our teams devised a strategic approach to creative, UX and technical development harnessing the capabilities of the Sitecore customer experience platform. We focused on the needs of user groups, creating compelling content experiences for each, useful navigation throughout and elevated the people and values that drive the Hawksford brand. All of Hawksford’s services were reviewed, and a website architecture was developed that allowed the business to present its full range of products and services with enquiry data being passed straight into the business’s CRM.
Taking this approach, we achieved an impactful and consistent experience across Hawksford’s more transactional portals including Guide Me Singapore, Guide Me Hong Kong as well as the brand-led Hawksford.com.
We also re-energised and redesigned the ‘GuideMe’ sites (GuideMeSingapore.com) which offer Hawksford services and provide the key lead generation vehicle for Hawksford's specific business services in-market.

Our suite of Sitecore websites not only received industry recognition via the Citywealth Brand Management and Reputation Awards – where the new brand-led site won a Gold – but the award also highlighted the benefits of delivering form, function, engaging content as well as a consistent brand experience with clear, useful journeys for Hawksford’s clients and key stakeholder groups alike.
