Optimising performance to get results



Infront Sports & Media is based in Switzerland with offices around the world. They operate in the sports marketing industry, an increasingly global, hyper connected business community. The problem was that their website reflected the Infront of 2005, and was not optimised for marketing and sales use.

So Dog needed to create a method for Infront to communicate relevant information to Global Sports Associations, Athletes, Sponsors, Brands, and Media Companies that sums up specific services or opportunities, quickly, and in a way that is easy to consume on the go. This would help to position Infront as the innovative, leading, and diversified international sports marketing company we knew them to be.


Getting under the skin of Infront’s client centric business model, Dog carried out multiple cross-country in depth planning sessions, and communicated with Infront consistently via Facetime and project management software Podio.

This digital overhaul focused on providing Infront with a revamped corporate site delivering compelling digital experiences, and delivering useful related content ready for marketing & sales use. We used Analytics and usability reviews to uncover navigational and content challenges, while research helped us define user personas and behaviour patterns. Understanding the challenges of multi-platform design, and retaining core interactions at the forefront of the design thought process, the team took a mobile-led, responsive design approach.

Content is hugely important over at With a brand new Newsroom to update and over 30,000 digital assets in its library, Infront’s team of editors and curators needed a winning content management system that was simple and effective. By integrating Picturepark with Umbraco’s CMS, we developed an intuitive method of managing assets using Picturepark’s tools, implemented via Umbraco. Taking a strategic approach, and finding the right solution, we made content management easy.



A highly complex project saw Dog’s design, development and UX teams collaborate with Infront’s digital team to create a responsive digital hub that now delivers relevant content and exceptional user experiences to visitors.

The results have seen a surge in visitors from mobile and tablet devices, and an increase in overall traffic year on year. It is the levels of engagement and performance of the site that illustrate the real success of Dog’s work. Put simply visitors are coming to the site, finding what they are looking for, spending time to explore content and engaging with Infront in a meaningful way.
