It’s pretty unusual to work with the same company for so long, what’s made you stay?
“The main thing for me is the fact we work as one big team. Dev are involved in most projects from the get-go, so we can contribute ideas of how things will work and offer opinions on how to engage users more effectively. This means we’re not an after-thought, so this improves the working environment immeasurably.”
What’s the Dev culture like at Dog?
“Well what really shines through is there’s a real level of trust in what we do. We’re a multi-faceted team with various different skills, but the collaboration between Creative, Content, UX, UI and the Development Team means we get to a solution much quicker. It also creates a relaxed environment because people know what we’re working on and trust us to deliver.”
Finally, would you recommend Dog to other developers?
“Absolutely! As I mentioned, the working environment is great and we feel valued as a team. There’s also the added bonus of personal development and continuous training – and of course, agency life is always eventful too.”
