Top 25 in the UK.
Published today, The Drum’s annual benchmarking and research report, The Digital Census, ranks Dog in the top 25 digital agencies in the UK.
A valuable review of the health and success of the sector within which we operate, the Digital Census ranks agencies according to commercial success and client satisfaction, grouping agencies among those of similar sizes to keep rankings in context. Dog ranked #25 for financial performance in the UK, #15 for client satisfaction in the UK, and we’ve come out as the #2 digital agency in Scotland!
While of course it’s important to gauge the commercial success and growth of our business, and where we rank among our peers in this area, the client satisfaction ranking is a vital piece of insight. It illustrates that the work we do and our approach is meeting and often exceeding client expectations. So much so that our clients would take the time to draft a recommendation for us.
Created in partnership with the Recommended Agencies Register, the client tables rank agencies in terms of the overall score given by clients, the number of recommendations and individual service levels that celebrate: Client service; Creativity and Innovation; Effectiveness; and Strategic Thinking. All of the things we are committed to delivering. When we look at this in tandem with various other reports, it’s clear we’re on the right track.
Similar to the factors considered by the Digital Census, the SoDA Digital Marketing Outlook report reveals what clients are looking for in their agency partners: They want teams who can both advise on the opportunity and deliver on the application of emerging technologies. They want better marketing creativity, and they want deep understanding of customers to be the driving force of strategy and delivery. In today's complex digital landscape, clients need agencies to step up and lead, offering guidance that is both strategic and practical, while being able to harness the opportunities presented by emerging technologies.
As an agency partner to a range of global clients, we focus on client satisfaction and nurture those relationships into long term strategic partnerships that help grow our clients’ businesses and improve their customers’ experiences. We’re delighted that this has been recognised alongside our commercial success in this year’s Digital Census, and look forward to climbing the rankings in 2016!
We’d like to thank our clients for their recommendations, and if you’re interested in checking out some of the work that’s made them happy, head over to ‘Our Work’.
