SWIP Property Trust is the largest property trust in the UK and we’ve been involved, in various incarnations promoting the fund range digitally, since 2010.

We've been executing SWIP's Property Trust advertising campaigns, since 2010 too.

Where did SWIP Property Trust want to go?
Simple. SWIP wanted quarterly advertising campaigns for their funds.

How we got there together
Flash-coded, the Property Trust Q2, 2010 campaign adverts were more like microsites than the average advertising campaign. They showed users interviews from real-life SWIP Fund Managers. Users could directly access a SWIP Property Trust campaign page, by clicking through the advert, to reach more in-depth information and downloadable fund performance stats.

With the Property Trust Q4, 2010 campaign, the Canary Wharf skyline introduced the Property Trust campaign. A SWIP Property Trust Manager talked through the fine details of how investors could get the most out of their returns.

With Q1, 2011 the Property Trust Campaign included new SWIP Team messaging – the result of a company-wide rebrand.  Hero Images of the SWIP Team planes in the skies featured on leaderboards, banners and skyscraper ads.

Destinations for each of the adverts included Citywire, Bloomberg and Reuters, amongst others.
