SWIP Team gets a Blades Award nomination

Our work on the SWIP Team website has been shortlisted for this year's Blades Awards.

SWIP Team site was created to promote an organisational-wide rebrand for Scottish Widows Investment Partnership (SWIP); one of the largest asset management companies in Europe that included the acquisiton of the new SWIP Team aerobatic display team and the introduction of a new 'Perform' creative across all of the organisation's marketing collateral, online and off.

The fully Flash-encoded site featured 3D Hero Images of the SWIP Team planes in the skies. Users could watch video footage of awe-inspiring manoeuvres from the wings of the planes. The Pilots, the Display, the Aircraft navigation tabs led users through the site and helped align SWIP with notions of expertise, agility and robustness.

The Blades judging panel specifically look for memorable and creative campaigns and with the likes of Dentsu London, 1000heads and DARE also shortlisted in the Digital category, it's safe to say we're pretty pleased to get a nod.

Wining entries will be announced on 8th September, 2011 and are supported by Creative Review, designweek.co.uk, nma.co.uk and Marketing Week.
