Digital communications agency Dog Digital is pleased to announce the launch of Scottish Enterprise’s Low Carbon Knowledge Series – an online interactive resource promoting Low Carbon initiatives in Scotland.
Dog Digital has been working with Scottish Enterprise since January 2010, heading up the digital strategy, content development and design for the main website. The Glasgow-based agency has also worked extensively on the design and development of sister sites TalentScotland (TS) and Scottish Development International (SDI).
The Knowledge Series is a free to use and includes video-based case studies, downloadable guides, real business tips and investment advice for Scottish business taking up low carbon practises.
The Knowledge Series microsite was designed and developed by Dog Digital in line with existing Scottish Enterprise branding. PDF Guides were created, encoded and made available on the website where users were given the opportunity to sign up for Low Carbon webinar.
A personal HTML email marketing system was built and launched, in line with industry best standards to encourage sign ups.
A Low Carbon short film, currently used on the microsite landing page, includes Vox Pops from companies that have made and saved money through Low Carbon practises.
Knowledge Series Goes Social
The Low Carbon Knowledge Series also featured on Facebook, through a branded landing page. Targeted advertising was used to drive traffic to the microsite and to 'up' registrations for the Webinar.
Alex Wilson, Creative Director, Dog Digital:
"This project allowed us the creative freedom to communicate the opportunities available in renewable practises that brought together a mixture of mediums. We're looking forward to continuing in this vein and launching the second istallment in the Knowledge Series."
