A pretty ideal result we’d say!
Earlier in 2013, F&C Investments asked Dog to help them with their first ever pay-per-click (PPC) campaign. They wanted to promote ISA applications ahead of the deadline in April.
As it was the first PPC campaign that F&C had run, our marketing masters performed a lot of research to make sure the campaign costs were lean from launch.
But the team didn’t rest on their laurels. Bid management and optimisation was a key focus with the average cost per click decreasing by over 28% over the campaign period. And that decrease in cost actually came with an increase in conversions… A pretty ideal result we’d say!
The campaign got a nod from the UK Search Awards, and is a finalist in the Finance category of the 2013 awards! And F&C Investments have been keeping track of the numbers too.
Having seen the positive results, they've increased their PPC budget by a cool 600% and have asked Dog to work closely with them on their future PPC strategy.
