News from Asia.
Having been growing our operations in the South East Asia region, we have taken the next step. It's full steam ahead as we join forces with our partners at creative agency, RHAD!
The joint venture brings together an experienced team across Singapore, Jakarta, Mumbai and Ahmedabad with around forty employees, together with our teams in the UK. The new partnership enables both partners to tap into extended skillsets and draw on their respective strengths, experience and capabilities to gain competitive market advantage, and better serve existing clients across South East Asia. Dog’s CEO, Gerry McCusker, has taken up position of Chairman at RHAD, with RHAD being led by our former Technical Director in Singapore, Murtaza Topiwalla (pictured on the left).
With over twenty years’ experience in creating industry-leading digital customer experiences and award-winning marketing campaigns, and over five years’ experience operating out of Singapore, this joint venture marks the next phase in the Dog’s growth in the region. Having entered the South-East Asia market back in 2012, and opening an office in Jakarta in 2015, Dog has established its position as a strategic and challenging player in the market.
Together, the partnership is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through strategic planning, intelligent platforms, intuitive UX, creative data-driven marketing. With extensive Sitecore capabilities across both RHAD and Dog – a Gold Partner in the UK since 2015 - this area of customer experience development is a key area of growth.
Here's what Gerry McCusker, CEO at Dog and Chairman of RHAD, had to say:
“This partnership marks a significant moment in Dog’s history. We are an independent agency, collaborative in our approach and brave in our nature. Having made considerable progress over the past five years, it makes complete sense to enter into a mutually beneficial partnership as we work to achieve sustainable growth in the region. RHAD is the perfect partner for Dog, a great cultural fit sharing our core values and ambitions for our clients and for our own future.”
“Murtaza has been a key member of the Pack in South East Asia from day one, working tirelessly with our senior team to grow the business and deliver exceptional work. I couldn’t be happier to join forces with him and become a formidable competitor together. To quote Henry Ford: ‘Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success.’ This rings true for our relationship with Murtaza, and I believe that success will continue at pace as we move forward with RHAD.”
CEO at RHAD, Murtaza Topiwalla commented:
“I’ve been working with the team at Dog for over four years - it’s been a fantastic experience, delivering some great work for amazing clients. Together with the new team in Singapore, I am excited about the next chapter. Working with Creative Director, Brian Chia (pictured right) and the rest of the team, this is an opportunity to combine talent, experience and capabilities to offer the market a truly compelling proposition. Personally, I am honoured to be taking the lead and build on the tremendous progress the Directors at Dog – Gerry, Alex Wilson and David Hamilton – have made and continue to make in the region.”
Together, Dog and RHAD have a diverse range of clients and offer intelligent digital solutions that includes technical development, creative strategy and design, and multichannel digital marketing services.
