Growing the pack in APAC.
Dog's team in Asia is growing and we're delighted to announce the addition of Will Railton as Senior Digital Strategist.
It’s been a busy few months for us. You may have noticed the rebrand. And being ranked among the top 100 digital agencies in the UK as part of Econsultancy’s Top 100 Digital Agencies Report 2016. While this has been going on, in addition to the fast pace of client work, we’ve been strengthening our processes, and growing our teams across the business.
Committed to pursuing sustained growth in the APAC region, we’ve made a number of key hires in business development, technical development and social media management. And we’re now delighted to welcome Will Railton to the team as Senior Digital Strategist.
Will is set to lead the strategy and planning of client campaigns and digital projects across the APAC region. With 7 years’ experience working with global brands at agencies in London, Will will apply his skillset and strategic vision to deliver campaigns and digital solutions that are both effective and creative for our clients. Having relocated to Singapore from London, Will is working closely with our UK-based Head of Planning & Strategy, David Haggerty, and the teams across Singapore and Jakarta. In addition to leading client strategies, he will assist the global leadership team in continuing to develop the business across the region.
On joining Dog, Will explained:
“In Singapore, there are many opportunities to push the creative scope of projects. There is a fast moving audience, who are enjoying products in new ways through digital.
“There is also a client base who are recognising consumer behaviour and needs for the future. Dog has a senior and agile team which I look forward to supporting and together we hope to make some great strides in tech, design and strategy for brands in the region.”
Gerry McCusker, our CEO, explained:
“Appointing Will was the next step in strengthening the team in Singapore. We took our time to select the right individual for the job. Considering his professional acumen and entrepreneurial approach to work, not to mention his personality, Will was clearly the best candidate and the right person for Dog.
“The Dog Asia team has achieved a lot over the past twelve months, and we remain committed to driving continued growth for our clients through our blend of marketing and technology. Providing our clients with an exceptional service is paramount, and welcoming Will to the team adds a valuable level of insight to the mix.
“With the demand for top tier talent in the region at an all-time high, we’re delighted that Will has come on board.”
