We are looking for IT Support to join our technical team. You will provide day-to-day administration support of Dog’s network, software and all other IT systems and hardware.

Working directly with our Operations Manager, as an extension of the client services team you will liaise closely with all other internal departments; creative, strategy/planning, marketing, design, development, project management and production, to ensure all managed services are fulfilled within agreed service level agreements, budgets and timeframes.
Acting as the first line of response to all clients for our managed services, you will be adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing excellent levels of customer service. You will be trained to manage and deliver solutions independently and will be required to provide general support to assist with on-going projects where necessary.
You will receive formal in-house training in the key aspects of digital development, client services and project management allowing you to develop wihtin the role. You will also receive training across all content management systems including Umbraco and Sitecore.
This is the ideal role for someone looking to begin their career in digital, looking to understand the entire agency set-up and the ability to be client facing.
