The role of an Account Executive means you will work closely with the pack to formulate, brief, implement and deliver successful and leading digital solutions for our clients.

Ideally from an agency background, or having had agency experience by means of interships etc.;  you will be responsible for supporting our sharp and friendly Client Services in managing and growing client engagement activities across multiple accounts. 


You will be lucky enough to work with a strong, talented pack of digital specialists throughout the agency including creative, strategy, marketing, design, development, project management and production.

 Typical activities:

  • Translating client requests and requirements into detailed, and sometimes technical, instructions for project teams
  • Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
  • Communicating campaign/project details to the client and all team members
  • Monitoring (but not necessarily managing) all stages of campaigns/projects to guarantee that they run smoothly
  • Writing status reports throughout the duration of projects and BAU work to keep clients and the pack updated
  • Owning administration tasks that help to keep campaigns and projects well-managed and organised
  • Offering creative ideas to the senior client services and marketing team to develop exciting campaigns and encourage clients to understand the importance of the process throughout varied digital projects
  • Main day-to-day contact for clients, suppliers, external partners, and the Client Services team and provides timely responses to all inquiries
  • Participation in meetings with existing clients and internal teams to identify adequate new services/offerings to meet clients’ evolving needs as required
  • Effectively coordinating client-specific tasks throughout the lifecycle of projects, including estimate creation, regular communication and generation of the client/project invoicing.
  • Partnering with the client, the client services and project teams to resolve identified project issues
  • Ensuring accurate and timely invoices are generated by maintaining correct project details and supporting evidence, including change requests and rework, throughout the project lifecycle
  • Partnering with Senior Client services team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients; attending meetings as needed

Desirable Skills

·         Relevant marketing experience or qualification desired but not essential
